Large family garden in Ardclough with sandstone walls and water feature.
The client brief was to upgrade an existing large patio which opened onto a large lawn area, the design included a raised bed which enclosed the patio and made the space more intimate while also included some colourful plating to brighten the paved area. We reduced the lawn area by including a path that lead to a secondary seating area that was adjacent to the water feature that was designed and built by Mícheál Quinn Landscaping. A small retaining wall was built in sandstone to enclose the area at the back.
This project was completed in March - April, 2012.
